I'm sure you've been wondering where the heck I've been,
(right!)! It's been pretty difficult to blog without my laptop up and running. I don't have allot to blog about right now but, today is weight-loss weekly!
I've never been real into at-home workout
dvd's. I've always considered them lame or too boring but recently I bought
this dvd and it kicked my butt already. When it's too cold outside to run and you can't afford a gym membership this is definitely an alternative! I never thought I would catch myself saying that but it works!
After
last weeks mishap I knew I couldn't foul around this week. I broke through the wall and this week I weigh in at 253lbs beating my goal of 254lbs by 1lb. My goal for next week will be 250lbs! Let's do this!
