your deeply missed................iPhone!

It's been almost 2 brutal days without my iPhone. Every second that goes by influences my hearty appreciation for the device. It may seem a little over-drawn but I can't fathom how I ever survived without it! It's AMAZING!!!! I have nothing to enjoy in the restroom, I have to just sit there now!
Why hasn't anyone text me?, oh wait, I don't have my phone!
I wasn't able to tweet when I saw that kid do that crazy thing in the snow!
I would have been able to read the Facebook invite before the event instead of after!
I have no idea where I even am anymore! I got to a dead end I had no idea if I was suppose to go right or left!
I could have responded to the newest fan page post faster and still have that fan!
I would have had 1 email at a time instead of 2 BILLION when I got home!
I'll most likely never know what the temperature actually was/is these few days or if it was suppose to snow or not.
I couldn't scan the things I wanted to buy to see if any other store had them for cheaper.
Without my iPhone how was I suppose to know it was her birthday?!
Until I get it back I'll never know what the name of that movie was I was trying to think of either.
I have no idea where the closest Starbucks is or where I should eat tonight.
I feel like I'm missing out on life right now!

I miss you iPhone, see you tomorrow I hope!

Although the iPhone is incredibly amazing these statements aren't 100 % accurate, I can still technically live and have fun without my iPhone but with it life's just that must easier!!!

Music to look for......

I LOVE MUSIC! But who doesn't right!
I watch the Late Night shows pretty often, sometimes even when I know I shouldn't be. Like when I have to be at work at 5am!
One night this past month on Conan O'Brien I heard a band that definitely caught my ear. A unique sound, one of those songs that give you chills at one point. This band is The Airborne Toxic Event.
"SOMETIME AROUND MIDNIGHT"

Also on Conan I heard these guys, I can't even believe I almost forgot about them. They are Steel Train!
"I Feel Weird"

Another band I've taken a liking to has been around for sometime now. They definitely have a good sound in a couple of their songs. They are Kings of Leon!

The last band I want to mention I noticed about 5 or 6 months ago while randomly surfing iTUNES ! This band has a classic and modern sound all mixed into one, they're pretty friggin' great! My favorite song of theirs is St. John, check it out! They are Cold War Kids!
"WE USED TO VACATION"

And of course there are millions of greats out there these days but unfortunately this blog just isn't long enough for everyone! I'm just stoked to introduce these bands to you and if you've heard them then your welcome for the reminder!! Happy Holidays People!

My trip to Cornerstone Florida, All alone!

So, I really wanted to go to this concert but I couldn't find ANYONE with time or money to come with me, so what did I do!? I went alone!!!! The event was cornerstone florida and many of my ALL TIME favorite bands attended Maylene and the Sons of Disaster
The Chariot

Copeland
As I Lay Dying

& Underoath

And threw the lonely but stellar journey I got to meet some really cool, good people, like

Dallas Taylor/Vocals/Maylene and the Sons of Disaster-Ex-vocals/Underoath Aaron Gillespie/Drums/Underoath-Vocals/The Almost
& Chris Dudley/Keyboards/Underoath
But eventually the day died down and it was time for the long drive home alone!

On the way I got caught in sit still traffic where
cars had to drive threw the grass and merge into our lane cause the rest of thiers was closed completely.
Imagine trying to stay awake after being up almost 30 some hours, after working and being at a very active concert!!!

At one point I had to start yelling at myself and slapping my face, then I'd look over at the neighboring car to my right and the driver and 4 passengers all staring at me like i was PSYCHO! Groovey times!

If it wasn't for my momma and my friend Erin , i dont know if I would have ever made it home! MAD PROPS!
So with a million friends or alone, a good mind state makes good time!

Toured a sweet indoor hotel/forest/theme park/food court/concert center, i dont even know what to call it!

And speant much needed time with these two lovebirds doing EVERYTHING beacause I didnt have to do ANYTHING!!!!
